MFX Governance

MFX Solutions LLC is a for-profit fund, capitalized by microfinance organizations and foundations. MFX Solutions LLC owns 100% of MFX Inc., an investment-grade corporation that provides hedging and education services.

MFX's governance structure seeks to reflect its origins as a collaborative effort of the microfinance industry while maintaining full accountability to its owners. To that end, MFX has created a Microfinance Experts Committee made up of microfinance institutions, investors, and other stakeholders whose role is to bring ideas to the corporate board on how to improve and expand MFX's services and tailor them to the needs of the industry.
