Formation & Corporate Governance
MFX Solutions LLC is a limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of Delaware. The Company was incorporated in September 2008 and commenced operations in October 2009. The company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, MFX Solutions Inc.
Each entity, MFX Solution LLC and MFX Solutions Inc. is independently managed by a Board of Directors.
The Board of MFX Solutions Inc. is further represented by the following committees to oversee the company:
- Finance and Audit Committee
- Operations Committee
- Pricing and Regulatory Committee
